I recently enjoyed a family gathering at the hotel, and overall, it was a successful outing. While we had an issue with room cleanliness, the staff responded admirably, offering us a discount and complimentary items to make up for it. The dining experience was exceptional, especially for our special occasion. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area, although some facilities could use improvements.
